Timbers Restaurant & Big River Grille

The Rio Grande Club & Resort offers two dining experiences with the Timbers Restaurant and Big River Grille. Each restaurant boasts stunning views of South Fork, the Rocky Mountains and the 18th hole of the Rio Grande Club's award-winning golf course. Our talented culinary staff takes great pride in creating recipes that are innovative yet familiar. Our menu combines Old-World tradition and all-natural ingredients with a progressive American culinary philosophy. Our ingredients include fresh herbs, quality poultry & produce, hand-cut steaks from the finest Angus beef and scratch-made sauces, marinades, stocks and breads. Our wine list offers a carefully-selected variety of national and international selections. We feature a large selection of spirits with a considerable whiskey selection.

Lunch is served 7 days a week, with a reduced menu on Monday and Tuesday.

Dinner is served Wednesday through Saturday. Dinner reservations are encouraged because we sometimes close for private events. Dinner reservations can be made at 719-657-1029.

During the winter, we serve a more casual menu on Wednesdays and Thursdays. On Wednesdays we serve a homestyle menu with new items every week. Thursdays we serve Lunch all day with a $10 burger special.

Friday Happy Hour is served 4-6. During this time rotating appetizers are served alongside drink specials. No dinner menu items are served on Fridays until 6.
